Some electoral Rolls are online - many aren't! ::)
So whether they are available rather depends on where?

They tend to be with the local council or record office?

Which town or city?
It makes a difference!!

Ancestry has London, West Yorkshire, Dorset (to 1922) and Surrey (to 1945) available.

You still haven't mentioned where? ???

It's difficult to offer precise help, when we don't know where you want to look?

It may be a city library; it may be a county record office, it may be Ancestry or FindMyPast?
These records are local records, so there won't be an answer that covers all of England! ;D

Unfortunately, Ancestry only has Haringey records until 1936?! ::)

So you need Haringey Coucil, I reckon?
