Bentley family of Huddersfield
« on: Sunday 30 November 14 21:05 GMT (UK) »
Hello,
Trying to trace Bentley family of Elland or Huddersfield. Furthest back I've got is Anby Bentley
born 1823, married 1846 at Almondbury. Any Bentleys of this area would be helpful although
it seems to be a common surname. :-[

That's great thanks.

Would it be reasonable for parents married in 1803 to have children born c 1812 and then a child as
late as 1823? It seems quite a big age gap although I feel sure this must be the case.

:D Thank you for that info. I wish Bentley wasn't such a common Yorkshire name!
