I think that the surname should be Lamont (or variations of it) and that Larmour was merely a case of the handwriting difficult to read- the actual marriage certificate might clarify this.

However, the Larmours in the pension records are in the wrong area for Coagh.

So rootsireland only has Coagh baptisms back to 1865 transcribed online - that likely explains why I can't find any record of Eliza's baptism on there. That's assuming, of course, that she was actually born in Coagh herself.

Fair enough, can't find any Lamont/Lamond.

What religion were the family?

The family were Roman Catholic, at least of the time of James/Eliza's marriage.

My gut feeling is that the Bells might not have been Catholic before James' marriage. In the 1911 census there is only one R.C. Bell family in Coagh district- that of Hugh Bell-

same Hugh in 1901-

Others are widow Eliza Bell, daughter & niece*-

* Tillie is daughter of Hugh Bell in 1911.

I've always suspected that if you went back far enough they'd be a protestant family. I'd never been able to find if or when they converted, though. I know that Bell is a surname of Scottish origin, as is Lamont.
