You may have this already, I can see a Charles Powell born llantisilio abt 1834 as a servant in household in the 1851' possible sister to your Jane,  in 1881 he is in llantisilio with a new wife and a.  Stepdaughter Jenkins, which may connect to the Jane on your other post living in Bedwelty with a Jenkins family

  P020181 is the IGI batch no for llantisilio but I cannot see anything there other than a birth with the Charles above and his then wife lucida?

My welsh spellings are awful,  they all should say llantiilio crossenny, and Charles is a possible brother, not sister.

Charles. Wife is louisa or Luisa on the birth record but I cannot see a marriage for them anywhere,
