In 1841, they are in the same place but there is an 80-84 year old Anne Blunt, widow, as head of household. I wonder if she is Anne's maternal grandmother?

Born Staffordshire. The 1841 only gives born county/Not born county or Ireland, Scotland, Foreign.  Also it (usually) rounds down  ages of those 15 and over into 5 year age bands so,  as she was entered as 80, she was really in the 80-84 age range. The 1841 Census was taken in 6 June 1841.

I'll see if I can find any more later this evening, if no one else comes along :)

Not found a lot more on the two older Ann(e)s so far but this is what I've got:

Burial for an Ann Blunt in Kinver in 1843, aged 83.
Burial of John Reynolds May 1857, aged 53.
Burial of Ann Reynolds in Kinver in June 1865, aged 53.

It looks as if Ann and James have been wrongly attributed in the 1861:
1861
RG9/1985/14/8
Sturton, Kinver
Ann Reynolds,wid, 49, b. Kinver
Ann, d, 27, unm, cook, b. do
Mary, d. unm, 21, servant of all work, b. do
James, s, unm, 20, groom, b. Upton (? - should this be Monkopton)
John, s, 10, b. Kinver
William, s, 7, b. do
Mary Ann, d, 5, b. do
John Handley, boarder, mar, 21, Gentleman's servant and ?, b. Grimley, Worcs

The Thomas and Eliza Reynolds on Anne's marriage cert might have been  her brother and sister in law.  They are on the 1861 in Upper Swinford, Stourbridge,Worcestershire.

RG9/2066/68/3
Thomas Reynolds, 23, Waggoner, b. Kinver
Eliza, w, 23, b. Hartlebury, Worcs
