looking for info on the parents of Arthur Charles Jarvis, born 26/07/1905,i have his birth certificate, his mothers name is Ethel Jarvis formerly Gregory, fathers name Arthur Jarvis, address  at birth is Gladstone Street, Northallerton,
I can`t find a marriage for them,and I can`t find them on any census

any help I would be most grateful, thankyou

There is a possible on the 1911 census.
I can't print the details because of the transcription rules.
Have a look at Charles Arthur Jarris on Ancestry see what you think.
The rest of the family may mean something to you.

What was Arthur Snr's occupation on the birth certificate?  It may help us track him down.

After a good look round I can't find a marriage for Arthur and Ethel, neither can I find them on the 1911 census ???
I don't want to send you on a wild goose chase but I'm wondering if they left England to start a new life abroad with the intention of sending for their son later.
I have found this record on Family Search which I thought might be worth investigating.
