Many thanks
Buckingham, bliss,  Beatty (Beattie or Beaty), Bullock,
Dunnett,  Jones, , Keane, Kite (Kyte), Nagle, Sendey, Reid,

There is a baptism on 7 Oct 1804 in Redbourne, Hertfordshire of a Charles Buckingham, son of James & Sarah, but no matching baptism for Henry.

Similarly there is a baptism for Henry Buckingham on 16 Mar 1803 in Southwark for Henry, son of Henry & Elizabeth - but no matching baptism for Charles.

Are you certain they were twins?

These look like their court cases, both were only 14 when sentenced but their trials were 18 months apart and for two different offences:

Old Bailey – 29 October 1817
1464. HENRY BUCKINGHAM , WILLIAM WELLS and ROBERT SPENCER were indicted for stealing, on the 24th of October , one handkerchief, value 2s., the goods of William Webster , from his person
BUCKINGHAM - GUILTY - Aged 14 Transported for Life

Old Bailey – 21 April 1819
668. CHARLES BUCKINGHAM was indicted for stealing, on the 10th of March , one handkerchief, value 3 s., the goods of William Read Wilson , from his person.
GUILTY . Aged 14.  Transported for Life.

You can search & read the cases here: http://www.oldbaileyonline.org/forms/formMain.jsp

Cant find them so far in 1841 but this looks like them in 1851 in the Parish of St Mary, Hornsey

HO107; Piece: 1702; Folio: 208; Page: 42
James  Buckingham  75  Head  b Oxfordshire  Receiving Parish Relief Labourer
Sarah  Buckingham  73  Wife  b Redbourne,
Harriet  Buckingham  45  Daur  b Buckinghamshire  Laundress
Elizabeth  Buckingham  16  Grand Daur  b Highgate, Middlesex  Seamstress

This places them within London so gives weight to their son Charles being the same Charles Buckingham who was transported.

Thank you Jomot for the information you have given, will sort through it.
Appreciate the help.
By the way you asked if I was sure  they were twins, on the headstone there is a reference of it being erected by his twin Henry. ??? ???
