William wife Elizabeth ? Is Watcher a 'nickname ' for Walter ?

I can help with 2 possible marriages

A William Baldock married an Elizabeth Booker in Lamberhurst,28 Aug 1570

A Walter Baldock married a Joan Hearnden in Lamberhurst,25 Apr 1595.

Having problems finding other info.

Could you tell me the name of ELizabeth and Williams first child.?
In a Will of William dated 1622 he refers to his elderest son as WATCHER, do you know if this would be a birth name or a nickname.  The name Watcher is used throughout the will. It mentions he has two sons john and Thomas. Watcher is my 7th x g grandfather. There are so many Baldocke, I find it difficult to tease out who are mine and who aren't. Further to the communications regarding William Baldocke and his son Walter (Watcher) - this family is also a part of my own. I have been trying to locate the wills of both William and Walter. Is it possible to advise where the wills may be found. I have I believe William in the Chichester Court in 1624 and all I have for Walter is a reference Drb/pw/28 for 1632, also dying in Lamberhurst but I have no idea to what it refers. The will of William Baldocke the elder of Wadhurst was proved 7 July 1624, Deanery of South Malling.
