George Skiggs 1828 and James Skiggs 1830

I am looking for any information regarding the above, their father was John Skiggs 1791 and mother Sarah Oakman c1797. They had brothers William c1822, George c1824, George c1828, Richard c 1831 and sister Ester c 1828.

Possibly born Hertfordshire or London Bow/Mile End.
