yes, complain !

If people don't complain it wont get sorted.

There is a complicated way of turning the pdf's from negative to positive but I needed a bit of software to do it and the result wasn't brilliant but had to be done as the document was urgently required.

Complain again and say that this format is unacceptable and ask for the document to be re-scanned.

Printing out negative documents ie white writing on a black background uses an unacceptably high level of black ink.

Finally received an email today to say the "wills" were ready to view!

The other email reply states: "Unfortunately we are only allowed to send out document Negative form.
Sorry for any inconvenience caused."

I've complained again, I've got documents from 1942, 1967 and 1968 all in 'negative' format.

I've seen thousands wills since 2009 and they've never been in this format.

Now all of a sudden lots of people are receiving them.

Somethings not quite right  :-\
