George Henry Bond married Anne O’Brien (b.1841 in Limerick Co, Ireland but lived at Solehead, Tipperary Co; d. 24/08/1925 in Alfred Hospital (Melb, Aust) aged 84 years –rg’n 11290). Anne was a servant or nurse?? and m. @ 1855 at St Pauls Roman Catholic Church, Pentridge (now Coburg) (rg’n no. 01504) (According to shipping records) Anne O’Brien migrated to Colony of Victoria and arrived from Plymouth in March 1854 on the ship “Kent” aged 15 years.
Anne’s parents were Andrew O’Brien (farmer) and Bridget Hayes.

Andrew Bond (Miner then Railway Ganger) was born in 1866 in Blackwood VIC and died 6 October 1922 in a railway accident in Barakee VIC. He married Rose Nightingale (b.1870 d.1939, Gordons VIC) in Ballarat VIC on 5 April 1889 (rg’n no:4471) - the daughter of William Nightingale, labourer (b:1823; d.1885) and Mary Ann Campbell Magee (b:1843; d. xxx) m. 12th March 1863 in the house of William Sadler in Broadmarsh, Tasmania (according to the Congregational/Protestant Church).
NOTE: William Nightingale’s parents were: William M. Nightingale and Sarah Mackrell. Mary Ann Magee’s parents were: Robert Magee and Mary Campbell.
