Staff Commander W F Maxwell R.N. 1891

Kenilworth memorial stone shows the following:  Katie Dunn, daughter of Staff Commander W F Maxwell R.N. - died August 1891.  I cannot find her birth, marriage, or census details - only her death aged 20 in 1891.  Her full name at death was Kate Amelia Dickson Dunn (Warwick 6d page 318)  Anybody able to help?

According to this link http://lib.militaryarchive.co.uk/library/Biographical/library/The-VC-and-DSO-Volume-II/files/assets/basic-html/page413.html there was a brother, William Frederick born in 1878.

According to the free index to the 1911 census he was born in Prince Edward Island, Canada.

Perhaps Kate was also born and lived part of her life in Canada?

There are numerous references to Staff Commander Maxwell here, he seems to have been in Canada from at least the early 1870's

Ah - so she was Maxwell's stepdaughter

Katie Dunn died August 8th, 1891. She was the daughter of "the late James Dunn and Mrs Maxwell" and stepdaughter of Staff Commander W.F. Maxwell, R.N.
