Help with this entry please

Have looked at this entry for so long but I can't be sure of the name.  (Top first two words)
Opinions please!!

Hope I'm looking at the proper two words but my first thought was Richard Coat.

Also wondered if the second word started with an 'E'.

The more I look at it the more unsure I am. I thought Richard but badly spelt, then Nicholas but still not convinced. I think the Family Name is longer than Coats as there seems to be more before the & sign.

Difficult one -  so faded, I've tried to enhance colour, contrast, brightness etc but not much luck.
