Could it be Brodin or Brochin?

Hi,

The Richard Brockie on this 1881 looks to be the most likely candidate -

Richard Brockie   29 b. Smailholm, Roxburgh. Shepherd
Ellen Brockie   30
William Brockie   6
James Brockie   4
Agnes Brockie   2
Joseph Brockie   4 Mo

Bettyfield, Smailholm, Roxburgh
