Confirmed the death record. It was right across from the birth record of the new Jacob  :'(  Aged 1 year and 11 months (I believe).

Okay, this was a little trickier, but I found the marriage record you spoke of for Gustav and Brigitta. My question is, does the surname of Gustav look like "Pellesson" to you here? I'm not used to this old handwriting and I just can't be sure.

Dittlofsson or just Dittlof? Also, her will?? How in the world did you find that? I really want to see that!

Haha, Trade Secret..... :D

There are actually different spellings: Detlof, Ditlof etc. I have seen the name Detlof before. There is no "son" on the end.

Sorry I meant Gustaf's will. (not quite awake here...)
Gustaf Detlof's will: Kinds häradsrätt FIIa:13 (1788-1790) Bild 487 / sid 961

He died 8 Oct 1790.

That citation you gave me, where would I look? It doesn't seem like an ancestry.com archive, or is it?

The anticipation is driving me crazy!  :o

I'm not aware that I am. I have familysearch.org and Ancestry.com accounts. Is it part of Ancestry?
