Hello Homer46,
I see an entry for Thomas Hulbert Hoffman in Billion Graves as death 4th April 1904 aged 50.  The grave is in Karrakatta Cemetary.  Mary Ann died 20 Feb 1950 aged 89 years.  Thomas was buried 9th April as per Funeral Notices in the West Australian of the same day.
