Hi,
I would suggest that if the lady is up to date with fashion then this image was circa 1910 or later depending on when South Africa caught up with fashion.

SA was usually a bit behind with the fashion trends, so not sure whether that affects your 1910 dating - but will see how that date fits with people in our family tree.

Actually...this lady is wearing a mushroom hat! A very short-lived fashion, thankfully, that came out around 1908 and only lasted a year or two. So there you have it  :)
