According to the Sheffield Telegraph obituaries a William Webster was residing at the Sycamores Sharrow and died there 25 July 1895.
Sheffield Telegraph obituaries 1850 - 1970 are held by the Sheffield Libraries Archives (Sheffield Local Studies Library). They offer a search but with a fee of 12 pounds.

Sir Frederick was visiting with his son Frank at "Birchgrove" Falwood Road Sheffield in 1891 whilst his wife Mary was in Knightsbridge. They were both living in Knightsbridge Westminster in 1901.
