Hi This is a photo of a couple who are ancestors but I am far from sure who they are. Could you help with the dating - I would guess 1920's because of my views on the  style but to be honest that is just a guess and I have no real idea but I just love the style of it  Thank you

Hi and thank you to you both. I wasn't sure if someone at a later date could have been copying the style  but now I feel confident in having a good look at the family weddings during that period and hopefully being able to identufy who they are. Much appreciated. kind regards. Linda.

Oh yes, 1920s and as Jim says early to mid.

The gent's spats...we were just discussing them in another thread...apparently spats went out of fashion in the space of a few moments when the King arrived at a horse race without any. Shortly afterwards the shrubbery was littered with everyone else's discarded spats

Thank you China - as always the level of information you provide is really wonderful. I thought it was a clean and clear photo until you have gave your 'clean and tidy up' Mike but now it looks very special. Excellent. The more I look at it It's quite stunning.
