Hi to all you descendants of the Irish

We are looking for the following mysterious person!!

Edwin Birc all  - known as Ted to his friends, may have moved to Ireland after 1945 as he had friends there.  He was born in Barton on Irwell, Eccles, lancashire England 11 January 1907.

He is our grandad - take a look at the picture below - do you recognise him?

He would be 98 now if he's still living! and we would love to know if there are any relatives of his out there in Ireland

Hello Jan,

I checked in The Phone Book for Northern Ireland.
There are no entries for Birchall unless of course the family is ex- directory.
