Can anyone suggest how I can find any information about Ann Jones my great grandmother.
The only definite reference I have of her is in the 1881 census.Living at 48 Oakley Street Lambeth.
She is listed as the niece of William Stone (my great grandfather) and as a domestic servant.
I cannot find any more information on her. She had two children by William and I have the birth certificates.but they tell me no more than her name Annie Stone although I can find no marriage record.She died before the 1891 census but I can find no death recorded. I keep going round in circles trying to find something, but other than buy every birth certificate for Ann Jones, even then how would I be sure its her as I can find no link to the suggestion she is Williams niece.Any suggestions gratefully accepted.

Could you tell us when and where she was born and also when and where William Stone was born as per the 1881 entry

An online tree (don't know how well sourced) gives Annie Jones b. c. 1860 Surrey father Thomas Jones mother Ann Ward spouse William Thomas Stone

Ann was born 1860/61.  Children were born after 1881
