In 1891 in Hammersmith, Elizabeth is already a widow aged 36 born Swindon, Wiltshire with Kate 9 and Edward 4. It's more than possible any other children could be in 'industrial schools' as she was a relatively new widow. Ref. RG12 - 42 - 4 - 1.

Can only find one baptism for aforementioned Mary Elizabeth (possibly 'in care' in 1891)i.e. baptised 27/4/1884 Lambeth, dau. of Francis John Young, coachman and Elizabeth.
So, Francis would appear to be a Francis John Young (not Francis George Young) but I cannot see an obvious death entry for him - perhaps he deserted the family and not known whether alive/dead. Went from being a Tavern Manager in 1881, to Coachman in 1884 and after a Carman.
