Mrs M.I. Shaw, 3 Kinross Road, Liverpool
« on: Wednesday 18 March 15 18:01 GMT (UK) »
I am looking for guidance to trace any information on the above person.  Unfortunately, all I have is the address.

She was the wife of Thomas William Shaw, born 1875 in Liverpool. I believe Thomas is my 1st cousin 2x removed.  He was a master mariner in the merchant navy.  I have got a Merchant Navy medal card for Thomas which states he received the Mercantile Marine Ribbon, issued 1919 as well as the British Medal Ribbon.  In 1926 the Mercantile Marine Meal and British Medal were issued.  At the top of the card the word 'Deceased' has been written and at the side 'Next of Kin Widow  Mrs M I Shaw, 3 Kinross Road, Crosby Road, Liverpool.

At present I have been unable to trace Thomas's death or marriage.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

Tom

No, thanks for that, he did stay in the Toxteth Park area prior to 1911.  Will give that a look.
