Restoring Hector WILLCOCK

I have a copy of an original photograph of my wife's grandfather, Hector WILLCOCK.

The original was cut to size to fit an oval frame, however, in doing so he lost his tie. The copy does has his tie, but was also cut to size to fit an oval frame.

I would like the copy restored to the colour of the original if possible, please. I have attached both original and copy for comparison.
de Belin, Swindail, Willcock, Williams, Moore, Watts, Searjeant, Watson, McCready, Reid, Spink, de Lancey, Van Cortland, and of course, Smith!
