I can find George Wright on 1851, 1861, and 1871 census George is on his own on 1871 all at Inkberrow.
I can find Sarah Wright nee Cooper only the 1881 census where she is at 33 Brunswick Street Cheltenham.
Can anyone find Sarah Wright nee Cooper on any other census please?.

I  thought there ought to be more children for George , and Sarah

It looks like the 1861 & 1871 censuses you have for George are not the ones jim & I found 
Both of these have George AND Sarah with her place of birth & also the other children.

Do you have Sarah in 1841 & 1851? What is her father's name from the 1863 marriage certificate you have?

As I understand it, the information on Mary Ann's marriage certificate would have been given to the registrar by Mary Ann - not from any official sources. Who were the witnesses to her marriage?

If she married as Mary Ann Wright she can't be the birth I gave earlier & so is probably this one born the same year:

It is George Wright deceased  on Mary Ann and Thomas Bert Green's marriage lines 16 July 1899 cannot read what profession of father looks like stone clearer!!. They had the banns read for marriage, with one child Elsie and my Grandma February 2 nd 1899 .
Cannot find George  and Sarah Marriage if I cannot find it I shall get another copy

Richards.

The Mary Ann Wright birth in 1879 that Jim suggested does not appear to be the correct one?

The mothers maiden name was Sanders, and there is a possible marriage in 1878 for an Edwin Richard Wright and Charlotte Sanders in Gloucester South Hamlet.
