Frank Long seems likely to be the brother of another Alfred Thorby Long who was born in Brighton circa 1837 and was living in Bognor in 1901.

Sorry I have been away a few days.
I cannot confirm or deny any of the valuable information already provided by you, except when it corresponds with my enquiry.
I only see the person whom I am assisting about every two months and emailing is not an immediate option, but it can be done.

As I said in the beginning, this is a 2 part enquiry.

Firstly, the India, England, Australia connection.
Which I am currently focussing on.
Then secondly, his life in Australia, about which, I may post later.

Hope this makes sense and I continue to get responses.

Thanks
Alan
