Well done, Spendlove! It is almost certainly the right family, as there is only one William Frank Lewer on freebmd.

The numbers are the references to order the birth certificate, if you choose to do so. It's a good habit to get into to quote the reference numbers in your records, as a reference point.

For the family that Spendlove has found, a possible marriage: William Henry Lewer, Stockbridge, March quarter 1885, 2c, 121. There is a Sarah Ann Blandford on the same page.
