Editing Signature Line

Hi, a few weeks ago I altered my signature line, and in the process managed to delete my surnames. I have been trying since then to add them back in, but darned if I can find an Add Signature link.
Can anyone please advise? Ta very much!

Thanks Bob.  Just heading off to bed, so will do it in the morning when I'm feeling a bit fresher, otherwise I'll probably make errors!  Been in the chat room trying to keep up!  😃
