I am a descendant of Charles Pitt Watchmaker. I have most certificates relating to them in Australia. My grandmother was Dorothy Mary Pitt (married Denton Hirst Turner). Her father was Charles Edward Pitt (1868-1917). His mother was Adelaide Eliza Pitt (1830-1909) brother of Charles Pitt. Adelaide married Charles Anderson in Melbourne in 1853.Adelaide's father was Charles Pitt (1801-1867). Hope to hear from you so we can share information. As far as I have researched there is no connection to Spain only France where Charles was born. His mother Ann Allen was also born in France.
