Help finding Herbert Wood
« on: Sunday 05 April 15 20:18 BST (UK) »
Hi all,

Trying to find details of a Herbert Wood b. Around 1906 mum either surname Large or Baker. Possibly Kent area.

Half brother to Lily Baker b. 1912, Kent. Possibly another sister named Elsie.

Lily's Father - Baker
Lily's Mother - Large

Lily Baker married Edward Aylett b. 1907

No other details known.

Thank you in advance

I think the poster meant that Lily Baker married Edward Aylett b. 1907  not married 1906.  ;)

No, the marriage to Aylett is not 1907,  that was when he was born, the marriage is 1937.

Hi are you certain of the birth year of Herbert, as I believe Alice Large b 1873 Nettlestead, Kent is the mother of a Herbert Wood/s c 1898/9 and an Elsie b c 1910?

Interesting to see who they are with in 1911?

If the births of Herbert Wood and Lily Baker were to married parents, then Miss Large must have married Mr Wood, and then Mrs Wood must have married Mr Baker.
