Green and Greener are probably the same person. The Myers name would suggest that maybe he married twice and both had first name Ann. Probably worth looking to see if you can find a death for an Ann Huthinson in the appropriate timeframe.

The dates don't really support that though, do they? (wrote before last posts)

1845 Ann Green marries (spinster)
1847 Sarah Ann born, mother formerly Myers
1851 John born, mother formerly Green
1858 Eliza Jane born, mother formerly Greener

So it seems to be Green/Myer/Green

Could it be anything to do with Ann coming from Scotland? Her mother's maiden name confusing matters? Have you found Ann pre-marriage? Who is Ann's father on the marriage certificate? And the witnesses?

If the birth certificate for Sarah Ann born 1847 , mother formerly Myers, is from the GRO, then it is possible that a mistake was made on the quarterly return sent to the GRO.You would need to see the original held by the Stockton Registrars to know if this has happened
