Welcome James1066, every possibility you could be right, which would be great news.Church records are the most hopeful source as you will find.  Three Francis entries below

Moneydorragh Upper 0r Moneydorragh More Upper I think is the townland  above Moneydorragh More ie includes mountain tops.  when you look up the printed book version for townland Moneydorragh More in Griffiths valuation the list starts with map references
1A  Hugh Agnew
1B  Hugh Agnew               All three High entries bracket ed together as ‘a’
2     Hugh Agnew
Hugh has 3 plots of land, 1A= 3 acres, 1B=7 acres, 2= one acre equals
13 acres and a modest house valued at ten shillings pa
3      Francis Agnew has 24 acres and a modest house valued at fifteen shillings pa
4      Shaw Agnew     has    2 acres and a modest house valued at ten shillings pa
a James Agnew took over  Shaws property in 1885 see PRONI continuation sheets
5      John Agnew      has 17 +12 acres and a modest house valued at fifteen shillings pa
these properties are all outside the village of Annalong itself. they are perched just above head road about 2 and half miles northwest of Annalong, roughly amongstwhere heather and stoney land takes over from poor pasture as their land valuation reflects.  By going to satellite view and clicking on head road it will open with a small icon  which if clicked should open on https://www.google.com/maps/@54.1267078,-5.9506589,3a,75y,4.98h,31.05t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sEiXz3Gdmp19X-tW4rTuBZA!2e0!7i13312!8i6656 reduce the magnification you will see opening going further NW away from Annalong the western side unmarked leads to one of the listed properties but the overall view is much devevelopment of buildings have taken place.

So we have 4 Agnews but no knowledge who is related to who , but they must be close to one genneration

Moving to familysearch.org Shaw and Elizabeth’s daughters  are listed
Rachel Agnew b 19 Aug 1864 Birthplace:ie registration 0514,Kilkeel,Down,Ireland
Ellen Agnew b 18 Apr 1868 Birthplace:ie registration Down,Ireland
as is common in familysearch Spouse in both cases cited as Elizabeth Newell  Does not mean not married.

in 1891 a Rachel Agnew is a cook in Coney St Guildhall Ward York, The only Rachel marriage I could find https://www.freebmd.org.uk was in1895 to either or a
Eason        William    Bridlington  9d 665
Farthing     Robert Morris  Bridlington  9d 665
I don’t think she married either of them so red herring but as close as 24 miles from Hull

I think Ellen Agnew may have married Charles Atkinson in 1889 see  https://www.freebmd.org.uk a railway guard in 1891 census  Charles and his younger wife Ellen b 1861 Ireland but Co Antrim , however has a nephew Harry Agnew staying with them b 1888 aged 3 .
