Looking for Obits of Father/ Mother of James B Gray B:1845 imgrted to US apx1862 know no other details. Names and dates of B: & D: of parents would be helpful. Name of Ship. He went to Ohio first mabe and then to LaSalle county Illinois. USA. He was from Aberdeen, Scotland.

What did the B in his name stand for? Do you have this mans American death certificate or Obituary, since these might have his parents names on them?
