Hi

Children born to John and Martha

Jane Crookson 1794
William Crookson 1795
John Crookson 1797
Thomas Crookson 1799, possible witness on Sarah's marriage ? and who is Martha Jones
Sarah Crookson 1804

I think that somewhere a long the line, they have dropped the r in Crookson, I think that you may need to check all the Crookson's out, to see if you can find more links

Hi,
Sorry for not replying sooner! You've done so much work! The Jane Cookson marriage is interesting because of  the Harris surname. Perhaps John Harris is a relation of James?

Thanks, MargP!

Born: Meole Brace, Shropshire

A Jane Cookson baptises a 'natural son' John at Meole Brace 30 Apr 1820. Is this hers and John Harris's son do you think?
