What have You done with them, Rootchat??

Hi,

I have just searched your Home Page for the "search" box you used to have.....its not there

I have just searched your Home Page for the "Summary" box so that I could go and have a look in the Rootschat Room....its not there??

Is it me going barmy?? or you havent uploaded the pages??

Hello Gillie, I just tried - went to Home Page and the search button is now "enlarged", it's just below the RootsChat.com banner at top of page.  There are seven buttons, Welcome, Home, etc. If you are logging in from a bookmarked page or from your favourites menu, you may need to refresh the page so that you get up to date information for that page. I'm not a techie though! ;D Hope that helps
I don't know about the Summary though, all the boards are split into various topics do you mean these? ???

Another tip too, if you click the RootsChat logo you can see the last 100 messages posted.

The "RootsChatterBox" has gone for the time being though....

Ok....I have now found the search box.....maybe you need to update your Chat information???

I also think the "Buttons" are not of a size to be convenient and clear.  Being a web master I think all those buttons could be enlarged....coloured differently...something to amke them stand out more.

What I find is they blend in too much with the rest of the heading...and yes....they are a bit small, and the wording is small as well.

Can I suggest -
Increase the space between the buttons and the advertising (family tree traced etc etc.   This advertising looks like its part of Rootchat) 

Double the size of the Buttons

Colour them a nice bright colour.....red....green....

Can I suggest you check out the buttons on one of my sites - www.tenterfieldterriers.com

Please dont think Im trying to promote my site..Im not...but these buttons are clear and easy to navigate and read.
