National Archives Lookup Request - Challenge?

I am not sure of the challenge or otherwise that this request would create

I am looking for information, any snippets gleamed, with regard to my 2x ggrandfather, Patrick Doyle, in

ADM 115 - Admiralty: Ship Record and Establishment Books, ADM 115/575 - JUMNA

I am aware that Patrick was on board Jumna for a period of days in Oct-Dec 1869 en-route to India. He was born c 1850 Kilkenny Ireland. He was enlisted 1868 Dorsetshire Regiment. 39th Foot.

I am uncertain as to what the records would contain and would love to know whether they are worthy of acquisition, given page numbers etc.

I should explain - I am in Australia and a complete novice when it comes to research at National Archives.
