Change in RootsChat "Home" page - Work in Progress
« on: Monday 20 April 15 17:47 BST (UK) »
Hiya all,

We've had to make a few changes to the RootsChat "home" page. None of the changes alter the main forum itself.

The changes have been put in place so that it can be better viewed on Tablets and Mobile devices. It also means we will not be penalised by search engines for not having the page accessible to these devices.

It's a bit rough around the edges at the moment (I'm sorry), but over the next week or so it should look a bit more like it did. So my apologies for it not being ideal, or quite right at the moment.

Yes Trystan, I wondered what had gone wrong when I attempted to login today.
It took a minute or so to find the link to the forums.
Not that I stayed on the home page long but it was a surprise.

Cheers
Guy

Guy,

I'm glad you managed to find your way back in. It wouldn't have been half as much fun otherwise. :)

Really difficult to read on the laptop!  but I'm pleased it's not my machine that's playing up.  Hope the refinements kick in soon though.

I find it hard to read on my tablet. Hopefully the final version will be easier.
