George Foster baptism - COMPLETED

There is a George Foster whose birth was registered in Watford in 1860 (Q1 volume 3A page 309).

If this is who I THINK it is, then he was probably born and baptized in Rickmansworth, and his parents were William and Harriet Foster.

The fly in the ointment, however, is that in the 1871 census he (alone, out of all the children of William and Harriet Foster) was born in Sussex!

Before I go investing in the certificate, I'd be ever so grateful if somebody with access to Hertfordshire baptisms could have a quick look and see if they can find a baptism for him in Rickmansworth, and confirm whether or not the parents' names are William and Harriet.
