Minchinhampton Parish Records
« on: Thursday 23 April 15 21:45 BST (UK) »
James WASTIE was buried at Minchinhampton on 04 FEB 1828. The records suggests that he was only around one year old.

I would like to know if there are any further details with the burial record (names of parents, perhaps?) or if there is a corresponding baptism record in the parish.

Any help very much appreciated.

Hi Claire ...

Very many thanks for that information.  I've now done some further research on this family and have found that James Wastie COOK's maternal grandmother was Hannah WASTIE from Cowley in Oxfordshire (a "side branch" of my own WASTIE family tree!).
