I think this will drive people around the twist for a long time. Whoever does find this one (if anyone does) will have to have the honour of being King or Queen of the WAIs.

It is beautiful though and I could see that as my country residence alongside my Scottish escape Balhomie!  In another life time maybe!

Gosh that one is close!  Have you read the full brochure thingy?  The extensive gardens includes a series of lakes, one of which spans 2 acres - you could fit my house, my neighbour's house, and the next house along into one lake!
