Hi,
Do you understand German? Further research will be much easier if you do.
Archival informational to further your research will be held in the Landeshauptarchiv (LHA) Koblenz (= Main or Central State Archives in Koblenz)
www.landeshauptarchiv.deIn 1794, the French under Napoleon occupied the German-speaking territories on the left bank of the Rhine. This included Bad Kreuznach. In genealogical terms this was great news (it also meant a large degree of emancipation for the Jews), as it led to the establishment of civil registration. That didn't happen in other parts of Germany until 1874!! The key registers for Kreuznach are the so-called
Dezennaltabellen, which were alphabetical lists of births, marriages and deaths compiled every ten years from 1808 to 1872. The lists for Kreuznach are held in the LHA Koblenz (Bestand 656 Sachakte 9)
In 1808, the French authorities also issued a decree compelling the Jews to adopt fixed forenames and surnames. The original list is held in the LHA Koblenz (Bestand 256 Sachakte 364)
Annahme bestimter Familien- und Vornamen durch die Juden des Rhein- und Moseldepartements(Adoption of fixed family names and forenames by the Jews of the Rhine and Moselle Departements)

In the first instance, you should try writing an email to the LHA at
post@landeshauptarchiv.deHave you registered with JewishGen (researcher #673480)? I would urge you post an introductory message to GerSIG and also contact other people who are researching ancestors from Bad Kreuznach. Carol Baird is a particularly energetic research, and very helpful.
Best of luck,
Justin
