John Wharrington and Martha Garthwaite

Hi!
     Can anyone help with the following?

I have a John Wharrington marrying Martha Garthwaite on 12th May 1633 at Heighington, Durham, and I believe they had three children: Thomas 1633, Nicholas 1637 and John 1638.

If anyone can help with parents of John and Martha or any other information I would be very grateful!

There are no WARRINGTON/WHARRINGTONS listed in the index to the 1666 hearth tax, and only one GARTHWAITE - Nicholas at Ebchester. GARTHWAITE may originate in Yorkshire.
