BARBER and ROGERS Parish Record Look Up Request

Hello,
Not being native to Somerset, I wondered whether some kind person would mind quickly checking a parish record entry when they are next in the Somerset Archives?
I have a George BARBER, born circa 1795 in Bath (possibly Bath St. James), who I think was the illegitimate son of Sarah BARBER. I have not yet been able to find a baptism for George, but did find a marriage of a Sarah BARBER to Joseph ROGERS 5.7.1798 Baltonsborough, Somerset. Interestingly, I have seen some parish transcripts for the parish of Wrington, Somerset, dated 1 Jan 1797, for two children (christened the same day), one George ROGERS BAR??, who was about 2 years old, and one John ROGERS, children of Sarah and Jos?? ROGERS. Infant John died later that year, and after Sarah BARBER married Joseph ROGERS, they had another child called John, this time in Clutton.
I would be very grateful if someone could check baptisms for Wrington, Somerset, for 1 Jan 1797, and offer an opinion as to whether it was George ROGERS BARBER, son of Sarah and Joseph ROGERS, who was about 2 years old at the time of Christening, as this could fit in nicely with my theory!!

1851 Census Sarah Barber is born c 1796 Kingston

Robert WINTER married Mary HOW, 7 May 1794 same Church

Possible 1st Marriage for Robert to Grace WHITE, 23 Dec 1787 same Church

They Baptised 1 Child, JOHN 25 Dec 1788

GRACE Brewer buried 17 Jan 1790 St Mary

What does the ? mean at the end of George Rogers Backwell? Could Barber have been mis-transcribed to Backwell? Could Joseph have been mistranscribed to Jarman, as if you interrogate Free REG, then Jarman does not otherwise exist (ie no birth, marriage or death of Jarman Rogers)

Hence why I wondered if someone can look at the parish entry?

Yes, looks like image was hard to read so could be Rogers.

I do think you are on to something though with that entry.

I have added Winters info to my earlier posting.

Great, thanks for the info on Sarah.
My George and Sarah Barber were definitely the ones from Taunton, and I was aware that Sarah's maiden name was Winter. Had not really looked into this branch yet, but great info to get me started!
