Your common ancestors would be your 4th great grandparents and her 3rd great grandparents. You calculate cousinship on the shortest link which is hers, which makes you 4th cousins. Since the two of you have a difference of one generation, that makes you 4th cousins once removed.

If you google "genealogy relationship chart" there are relationship calculation charts that you can print off.  Very simple and handy little tool!
