how to locate a family in 1815

Hi how would I go about finding an address in 1815?
Was there a census in that year?
I'm looking to trace an Elizabeth(nee Jones born 1797) and David George they were married 19/04/1815 in Tregaron Cardiganshire. Would love to know where they were living and also how I could find out how to search for information about Elizabeth's family in1797.

You would need to access the parish registers which show a baptism on 17 October 1817 of Thomas George, father David, mother Elizabeth. (FamilySearch).

Census years were 1831, 1841 etc.

You may find the marriage details on the pay site FindMyPast.
Southern or Southan [Hereford , Monmouthshire & Glos], Jenkins, Meredith and Morgan [Monmouthshire and Glos.], Murrill, Damary, Damry, Ray, Lawrence [all Middx. & London], Nethway from Kenn or Yatton. Also Riley and Lyons in South Africa and Riley from St. Helena.

Cardinganshire Parish Registers show the following children to David and Elizabeth George in Tregaron

then an 11 year gap ??...I wonder did they move out of Tregaron for 10 years - or are there TWO couples named David George /Elizabeth George having children in Tregaron??

Two records for a death of Elizabeth George in Tregaron in 1867 - buried 20th February ...
Both records state she was born in 1795 you have 1797 -could this be your Elizabeth Jones / George ?
although it says 1795 as birth year - it would more than likely be 1794 as she was buried only 7 weeks into the year ?...so unless she was born 1st Jan - 20th feb it would be a 1794 birth if she was 72 at death

there is no sign of an Elizabeth Jones b 1794 - 1797 in Tregaron on that site
