Have you checked on IrishGenealogy?
http://www.irishgenealogy.ie/en/

Both Civil and Parish records may be available, depending on what information has been released.
Garrad (Suffolk, Essex, Somerset), Crocker (Somerset), Vanstone (Devon, Jersey), Sims (Wiltshire), Bridger (Kent)

Catholic registers pre-registration (1864) don't always list names of parents so it may simply be that they are not listed (N/R = not recorded).
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

Did you click on the link on bottom of the page on Irish Genealogy to see the original entry image, it may contain some more information, though I just had a look at a couple from 1845 and all they contain is the bride and grooms names and the names of their two witnesses.
Might that have had any children in Dublin before heading to liverpool ?
SS Michael and John is The Smock Alley Theater now.
