Elizabeth Phoebe Loveridge born 1907 registered in Pontypridd appears to have married a Leonard Loveridge in 1930 registered in Pontypridd.

I have found a Noah James on the 1911 census, it says he was born in 1900 in Hampshire, Bournemouth. The census was taken at Sidbury Devon, so he may be a possible for the Noah we are looking for, but I cant find a birth for him.

Possibly Noah James born 1st quarter 1899 registered in Wellington Somerset.

Discard the above as I am inclined to think that Noah James was born in 1897 registered in Newport.

1. You say that Phoebe died in North Petherton, Somerset.   When was this?
2. When and where did Noah James die?

The only Phoebe James I can see died Mar.quarter 1970 Taunton  (but North Petherton comes under Bridgwater Registration District not Taunton) and this shows a birthdate of 8/9/1907 (not 1908).

We are trying to help but unless you give more explicit details we just seem to be going around in circles.

Certainly, the recorded facts show there was a) no official marriage between a Noah James and a Pheobe Loveridge anywhere in the UK and b) no Phoebe Loveridge birth registered 1907/8. 

As has already been suggested, first you need to get Emily James (mmn Loveridge) birth certificate to confirm both parents names are correct and tie in with what you believe.

Unfortunately, none of us has a magic wand and without more details we simply cannot help further.

well first off i knew of phoebe loveridge who married noah james.they did definately live round north petherton.noahs father was william james b.1858 in dorset and he married jemima james also born 1858.noah was born in 14th september 1902 at binsted hampshire.he had 11  siblings.some born in hampshire and some born in taunton and some born in bridgwater.north petherton is equal distance from bridgwater or taunton but if anything north petherton is nearer to bridgwater.the first child was born in 1878 and the last one was born in 1904.i know little about phoebe at the moment except she was noahs wife(legal or not) and they lived at north petherton.i will have a look at my records and see what else i can find but having just got a new laptop today i am still busy downloading from my slave drive as i lost a lot of stuff.
