3 are absolutely appalling for dealing with. I have found their Indian? call agents extremely rude and aggressive. I also had a dongle contract which I wanted to cancel and I wrote to them asking to cancel due to problems in the past when phoning, I then received a phone call about the cancellation trying to stop me from cancelling but I insisted that I wanted to cancel and was forced to end the call due to the aggressiveness of the agent. I did managed to cancel by the way.
