It's right-hand drive which may suggest that it aint American.

It's right-hand drive which may suggest that it aint American.

Or the picture is printed back to front as sometimes happens. No number plate to assist with that.

It's a 15cwt CMP (Canadian Military Pattern) General Service truck fitted with a No 13 Cab. Since it is without its badges and you cant see the axles I can't tell if it is of Ford or Chevrolet manufacture. No doubt some real expert might be able to pick up a detail to tell us which.
