Eliza Jane Kenning

Eliza Jane Kennning was born 1875 Summerhill Tipton
1891 is registered as adopted with William Wright (Walsall)and Mary Ann Wright(Summerhill) both living in Brampton Yorkshire.  Can't seem to find her at all in 1881.  Thought Mary Ann was the mother but William and Mary Ann living in Brampton Yorks in 1881 -  no sign of Eliza  No records of her being born to Mary.  Any help would be appreciated.

Maybe she was with her own parents in 1881 then they died and she was adopted
